H&R Block at 210 West Washington Street, East Peoria, Illinois.

I scheduled a noon appointment through their website, which was very easy. I arrived at 11:30 anticipating I would wait until my appointment time. However my tax preparer was tied up withtl the previous client, which is fine, however my appointment time came and went. One preparer was done with his client, and at 12:30pm rather than assist me, he took the walk in that arrived five minutes prior. Ok I though, I will wait a bit longer. The front desk person apologized and said my preparer would be busy awhile with her current client and I would need to continue to wait. A moment later, the preparer that took the walk in came out and helped the next walk in! Completely ignoring me! I was livid, it was now 1:15 pm, 75 minutes past my appointment and I had been ignored so they could help walk ins!! As such I took my documents back from the desk. I went to Jackson Hewitt, in their office, and my taxes were done immediately. Avoid this particular h&r block at all costs.
